When you chat with us, we receive what you type: usually your name, phone number, email, the service address, the service you need and the day and time you prefer. If you say it's OK, we text you to confirm your appointment.

We use it only to reply and to prepare your estimate. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.

The chat and website are run for us by Sovoda, our web provider. Chat messages are processed by their chat service so we can answer you.
